The Adam & Steve Store - The All-Male Gay SuperStore
I'm Travis Harley Nichols. I was born and raised in Texas! I grew up right around Austin,
Texas- so I'm a for sure Longhorn fan! My grandparents did a lot of my raising, and I think of
them just as mom and dad. Also, my mom raised me by herself as well- I don't have any
memories of my late father. He was that of the biker sort, hence my name. I played soccer
as a kid and it was my first love, then hockey caught my attention. I went from soccer and
hockey to Taekwondo and stuck with it for 5 years to recieve my black belt at 15.
Guys From Around The World Entered The Calendar Guy Contest
At 12, I started flying model planes, and when that
got easy and boring with practice- my grandfather
asked if I'd like to take real lessons and I jumped at
it around 14. Two years later, I soloed just after my
16th birthday- 16's the earliest age for this. I was
flying high, literally. I was 16 and flying around
central Texas for 3 hours by myself. 17 is the magic
age to be able to get your pilot license. I was ready
before hand, but had to wait until I was of age. On
my 17th birthday I went to take my ground test
early in the morning, went to work for the day, then
took the flying portion of the testing after work. On
the last landing, the sun was setting off to the right
and it was a picture perfect finish and memory. My
examiner said she "Saw no reason why I shouldn't
be a pilot."
I went home, with a big smile, to a birthday party
with my family. On the last half of my 17th year, I
got in to sports cars- and that's been my passion
ever since! My favorites, and the ones every knows
me by, that I've had so far was my first- red Trans
Am WS6 with silver stripes, and my second a yellow
Corvette Z06. On December 4, 2006, when I was 19,
I went off to the Marines. I caught pneumonia in boot
camp and was sick for months. I left training to get
better and return, but wouldn't heal. I was sent home
in April 2007, and took months for my cough and rib
to get better. I gave 100% like I always do and have
no regrets. After the go at the Marines, I got in to
being a subcontractor doing appliance repair. I've left
that and am in pursuit of acting and modeling.
